The Kansas State Chapter of the World
Association of Persons with Disabilities (WAPD), a not for profit, non-
political entity as chartered by Mrs. Kellene VanDorn and has a
mission to help all disABLEd persons of the Sunflower State with current and up to date information; advocacy that
will provide strong support to their daily lives.
Every disABLEd person or resident of Kansas
is welcome to join the chapter of this state that is striving to make a
positive difference and advance the interests of Kansans on a state, city or home level.
The chapter relies on the support of volunteers, corporate and business
contributions to further the program for folks with disAbilities
that desire to strive forward with their untapped source of abilities.
